My CO didn't reply the email regarding criteria 2 , she just ignored the email.
Which institution did you enrol for the bridging course, you are now in melb or NSW??
Hope you can get a reasonable appeal, did your CO tell you that how long will it take for the appeal?

I received my CO's email and only ask me to provide further information regarding caterion 8, regarding pharmacology. Otherwise, I supposed everythings are alright.
1.係咪考完OET,就可以申請澳洲當地的RN執業牌照？Yes
2. 若申請當地RN牌照成功，係咪要飛去澳洲一次，核實身份？Yes
3. RN的移民申請，係屬於 189? not absolute, depends on your choice, and whether you can fullfill the point test requirment, 190 is another option
4. 考 OET, 係咪要一take過？可否combine cert? No, can combine cert.
1) 189, 同190有咩分別？(我有兩個小朋友，4歲以下的，會想他們接受當地教育) - State sponsor (190), you can get addition 5 points, if you are under 39 years old, 189 is good enough for RN
2. OET的combine cert,有無次數和時期限制？(我未考，準備中) 好似無，but need to within a time limit, please read through AHPRA's website
3. 假若，成功取得澳洲當地執業牌照，有無其他的試要再考 or training 要做？You can practice if AHPRA grant you the liciense, otherwise bridging course may be required.
my CO only told me the extension of the date but not require me to provide further information. you have a qualification from La trobe ? rite? then i think it should be fine. may be they are not willing to accept HK's qualification only. @@
I don think so ah, they asked me to provide more supporting document for criteria 8, however, my old nursing school said seems a bit difficult. Anyway, I want to ask the rejected case, did AHPRA give you any warning signal prior the result issued? or did they keep on contact you for necessary document on the criteria until you couldn't provide further evidence?
Just talking to one of the existing nursing school principle yesterday, he gave a suggestion of those being rejected can consider to take their course content to 學術評審局 for accreditation. Don't know whether work or not, but at least one more method for consideration.
i am still awaiting for the result, they didn't ask me to provide any other documents related to the qualification.So i don't know how they process the assessment / ask for more information or documents before making the decision.
Hey so which bridging program are you guys studying? I decided to study the one from IHNA in Heidelberg in the coming September.
Btw, I've asked my lawyer that ahpra refused my application and he asked me not to waste time for the appeal. Because he said he's known many refused cases which also failed after the appeal. He also said that the assessment by the ahpra has been known as ridiculous.
Therefore, I think we should keep moving on and see the bridging course as a chance to know more Australian nursing.

(also may i ask what exactly the documents would be? hk RN license, and letter from the HR of HA stated what departments, and duration i have been in HA?...)
3.pending reply and need to go AUS personally if succeed?
I am in Perth, I have enrolled IHNA here, so much online self directed learning, assignment ;( just finished one week now. And for the lab, today the teacher kind of showed us using the infusion pump (very hea) and when it's our turn to practice, she told us not to open too much NS bag and there are only used sets for us to practice. All our classmates agreed we paid too much and the course didn't have much resources.
Btw, the course originally costs aus 10900, I asked for 400 discount :p
I am appealing at the same time and taking the course. I just think that will be more fair to us, at least I do it.
