Aug 2016 - Seriously delayed submission of paper supporting documents due to agent's problem.
Oct 2016 - Case officer requested additional information and supporting documents. One week later, we were also requested to undergo the health and police checks, while we are still preparing the additional requested documents.
Nov 2016 - Additional docs submitted and case officer was satisfied. We were told to propose the final funding plan. Plan was submitted and accepted in late Nov.
Dec 2016 - Mortgage loan application and processing as part of the funding.
Jan 2017 - Mortgage loan funds received. AU$1.5m remitted to Queensland Treasury as the Designated Investment. Paper application form and related visa documents sent to them by courier. Queensland Treasury confirmed receipt and mailed official confirmation to immigration department at the end of the month.
Feb 2017 - Docs relating to funds movements and mortgage loan approval etc were sent to case officer. Visa officially granted a few days later!

Oct 2016 submit EOI, one week later received QLD nomination,
Nov 2016 submit application, pay fee, document submitted
current state: Application received... still waiting.
