Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming,directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward any incomingphone calls while providing basic information when needed
Receive and sort dailymail/deliveries/couriers
Perform other clerical receptionist dutiessuch as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Organize conference and meeting roombookings
Provide general administrative and clericalsupport
Assist in all-round office co-ordinationand office utilities
Provide support on air tickets &accommodation reservation and other travel arrangement
Escort guests to the meeting room andoffer/arrange beverages/tea service
Provide meeting room booking services,update booking schedules and arrange meeting room equipment
Storage management & occasional outdoorworks
Coordinate with vendors regarding thedelivery of office supplies, equipment, and services and assure that officeservices are provided as needed
Handle all travel arrangements, such asticketing, hotel accommodation
Maintain an effective filing and recordsmanagement system
