求救！英國online Debenhams 集運失敗？我上星期六係Debenhams online shopping , 填左一間集運公司係英國倉地址，一直等到今日先到 email 有個 tracking shortcut, 但又 track 唔到，再上 Debenhams 用 order number check 下，但竟然見到一段咁嘅野

"Sorry, this order is not eligible for courier collection, please return via our Free Post service or directly to one of our stores."

有無 JM 試過？我已經 email 左Debenhams同集運公司，未有 reply... pls help, thx!!!
