踏入十二月,因未收到Blue Cross答覆,再次致電, 被回應會盡快以書面回覆。到2017-12-07,我才收到Blue Cross首次書面日覆。信內容稱仍在處理中,及要求“The written confirmation from the airline to certify the reason of delay, since the confirmation provided by the airline only stated delay resaon to be confirmed”。 若我們在60日內不能做到他們要求,會被視為我們放棄申請!
