You are advised to have immediate reply and we would like to summarize the areas as below:
1. Job Performance
You are required to deliver your work on time and notify your immediate supervisor if you cannot meet the deadline or have difficulty in performing your job duties.
2. Sick Leave
You must submit a sick leave application form with an appropriate medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner specifying the nature of the illness or indisposition and the recommended number of days of sick leave when resume duty.
Your immediate supervisor would institute the performance review with you on a weekly basis. Please be reminded that under our company policy that unsatisfactory performance may subject to disciplinary action which may include termination.
