大家好, 今日老闆要出警告信比成日遲到早退又請病假既同事, 請問有冇相關既警告信既sample可比我做參考呀.

Warning Letter

This letter shall serve as a formal written warning concerning your continuing lateness problems. Your continued lateness is of serious concern and you have failed to achieve a level of good attendance. Your lateness is beginning to affect your job performance and the operation of the XX Department.

You are advised to have immediate improvement. To ensure the smooth operation of the XX Department, you should be punctual at work and back to the office at 9:00am everyday.

We would institute the performance review with you on a XX basis. Please be reminded that under our company policy punctuality is a discipline which will be enforced at all times.

We would encourage your continuous support to the team and will lend our support to you whenever possible.


Warning Letter

This letter shall serve as a formal written warning concerning your absence problem recently. Your absence is of serious concerns. Your regular absence is beginning to affect your job performance and the operation of the XX Department.

You are advised to have immediate reply and we would like to summarize the areas as below:

1. Job Performance

You are required to deliver your work on time and notify your immediate supervisor if you cannot meet the deadline or have difficulty in performing your job duties.

2. Sick Leave

You must submit a sick leave application form with an appropriate medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner specifying the nature of the illness or indisposition and the recommended number of days of sick leave when resume duty.

Your immediate supervisor would institute the performance review with you on a weekly basis. Please be reminded that under our company policy that unsatisfactory performance may subject to disciplinary action which may include termination.

We would encourage your continuous support to the team and will lend our support to you whenever possible

有冇d係講工作態度唔好, 又不服從上級指令既呢.
真唔好意思, 其實真唔多明點解要出呢d信, 出左你想炒佢又唔等於你可以唔比通知期或者代通知金去炒人. 既然冇意思..做黎做咩呢.><
