When my boy in 2-years old try to eat the fish, egg white......, his face will appear some red dot within 5 minutes. Is that have any method that can help my little boy with thanks?? |

Fish and egg white are rich in protein, which are common food allergens. If red dots appear on your child’s face a few minutes after eating fish and egg white, it might be an indication of allergy. Avoid giving him fish and egg white to prevent allergic reactions. It is also suggested to consult the doctor to check if your child needs to perform skin prick test /blood test to find out the allergens. When introducing new food into his diet, it\'s recommended to try for three consecutive days, starting with a small amount and observe if there are any signs of allergy (rashes/ezcema/ diarrhea/ constipation).
