Vegetables/ Fruits are not very common source of allergens. However everyone reacts differently to different food. Any food, chemical, plants, insects bite could be source of allergens. If rashes appear around mouth and eyes after eating orange, it could be an indication of allergy. You may first recall if baby has contact other possible allergens (e.g. dust/ new shampoo/ new clothes material/ plants/ animals ). If orange seems to be the source, avoid to feed baby orange at the moment.
When feeding baby new food, it\'s recommended to try for consecutive three days, starting with a small amount and observe if there are any signs of allergy ( rashes/ eczema/ diarrhea/ constipation).
