HELP !
My maid starts to work for me last Thursday 2007/10/4th- 8;00 pm , she has been working in Hong kong for 2 years. I want to fire her but I need to know what should I pay ??

but she worked for me 5 days only,
do I need to pay full month salary ( 代通知金 ) ??

Yes, even she work for you for only 1 hour, you also need to pay a full month salary for 代通知金! This is the sad story of us!:-( :-(

you also neet to pay $100 travelling allowance.
