Having called PxxW hotline to dispute the internet roaming fee for HKD2k+ as I wasn't aware my existing GRPS package is for local utilization only. They insists not to refund it......... I request to talk to his manager, the rep refuses to do so and says this is the final decision.
Really upset that the customer service level can be as poor as this company. I have no choice but will absolutely cancel all the services upon the contract maturity.
