我部電腦是否中了毒????

部電腦唔知點解右上角三個正方型會變了數字而不是─、口 or x, 同埋打中文字唔可以打白話?????
有冇人可能幫我忙??? many thanks

視窗右上角的控制鈕都變成亂碼了？

適用範圍：Windows 98/ME

提醒：

Windows 98/ME 的老毛病，至今日仍有人問這個問題。

　

問題：

「視窗右上角的控制鈕，像是放到最大、還原、縮到最小、關閉，這些按鈕都變成亂碼了，甚至，一些其他的按鈕也變成亂碼了，我該怎麼辦？為什麼會這樣子呢？」

回答：

試試看以下兩種方式是否可以解決，如果第一種方法不行，請再試第二種方法。

第一種：

先進入安全模式（Safe Mode）（註一），接著重新啟動 Windows ，測試是否恢復正常。

若依舊是亂碼，請繼續第二個方法。

第二種：

若進入 Safe Mode 重開機之後，還是亂碼怎麼辦？

開啟檔案總管，把 C:\Windows 目錄下的一個叫做 ttfCatche 的檔案刪除，因為這是一個隱藏檔，你要開啟檔案總管的顯示隱藏檔案的選項，才能看到。

不知道怎麼顯示隱藏檔？請參考：顯示系統檔與隱藏檔

檔案刪除後，請重新開機。

為什麼會有亂碼？

Marlett.ttf 這個字型因為不知名的原因損壞了。其實，你看到的那些按鈕符號，不是圖形，都是一種叫做「Marlett 」的字型，所以，當這個字型損壞或消失時，那些按鈕符號自然就變成亂碼。

Marlett.ttf 在 Windows 的 Font 資料夾下，這是一個屬性為隱藏的檔案，你可以在這個字型上按兩下，看看裡面到底有哪些符號。

請勿刪除 Marlett.ttf，我只有要你刪除 ttfCatche ，並沒有要你刪除 Marlett.ttf。

　

註一：

不是按機器上的 RESET 鈕去重新啟動，是 Windows 關機選項裡的重新啟動。

我真的遇過這種「天兵」，叫他做重新啟動這個動作，就直接按主機上的 RESET....

如何進入 Safe Mode？在一開啟電腦電源時，你一直按著 F8（或是 Ctrl 鍵），就會出現一個開機選擇清單，選 Safe Mode。

Safe Mode 就是「安全模式」。

我有按著F8, 但都沒有反應, 我的KEYBROAD用USB插, 個圓插壞了, 甚麼辦?有冇其他方法?

Try "Restart with Safe Mode" after you booted as normal.

Hold the F8 key before you switch on the computer, there is a menu that you can select.

Try press and hold the "SHIFT" or "CTRL" key after power on and memory test, and right before ME boot up.

First of all, can U reboot ur computer into 'Safe Mode'?
Try follow this :
1. Switch on the computer
2. Hold the F8 key before it change the windows logo screen
3. As I remember, there is a menu that U can select like this but not sure (1) start with normal (2) start with safe mode (3)..... (4)..... , I forgot (becos I used XP now)
I told my friend that he had the experience like yours and was successfully treated.

I thought that it may be affected by the USB keyboard. I haven't used an USB keyboard before, so I wonder whether the system is able to detect the keyboard during boot up ?
