If you choose c-section, you don't need to learn how to 呼吸 to release the pain.
I also joined 威院's class. If you have your regular check-up at public hospital, you could join the class from that hospital. If you have your regular check-up by private doctor, you could see which private hospital you will eventually go and join the prenatal class offered by those private hospitals (usually about HK$600-800 for around 6 lessons).
