No, I won't think of mirgration.I went to Singapore ans stayed there for 3 years since 1995 and back to Hong Kong by 1998 because of 1997.
When I was in Singapore, I missed all the things on Hong Kong, friends, relatives , food.........and I found out that I can't suit into their living style .
No matter how worst it is in Hong Kong ,this is my HOME.
Yes, agreed. I just migrated to Canada. Life here is lesuire - but a bit boring.
you could not go anyway if you don't drive (just like me). and I do missed the "dim Sum" and all the late night shopping things.
however, the living environment is much better than in HK. Workwise. must more relax - I could now leave work at 5:00pm sharp. 5 days a week. but of course, no chinese in the office - very boring. so he he - that's how I hang on to the BK.
agree.. most of the chinese kids here in Canada, they do take extra class for chinese, maths and other subjects in order to get good marks (just like those day in HK).
but be honest, the presentation skill here is much better than in HK, kids are willing to speak up, to ask. But those in HK are still sort of "spoon-feed".
I have to admit the education standard in HK get lower than before. I am 40+, in my old days - form 5 standard is much better than nowadays.
