My Indo maid also worshipped during my maternity leave, but then my mother-in-law not allow her to do that at home because we have our religion. Actually I didn't mind her worshipping when she first asked for my permission, but then after I found out she had to dress up in white and bow and everything. It's kind of scary ... I then didn't object to my mother-in-law's point of view. I think praying in her heart will also do ... do not need to set up a matt and bow and pray, etc.........
