yea. If you take cab, they charge you midnight surcharge, airport surcharge etc. That's why uber /grab is better choice. If you stay in CBD, like orchard, city hall (not in east side), i think 220HKD is a ok price ( at least "dry hands clean feet" ). but you have to make sure that this airport pickup service does not charge more after midnight.
