What should a 21 months baby eat for a day?

three times normally meals???

my baby is getting skinny and skinny.... i dont know how much should i feed her for a day.... can you please give me some advise PLEASE!!!

My girl near 21 month and 5 meals per day as follow:
06:30 210 ml milk
10:30 bread/cake for breakfast
12:30 one or two bowl of congee/noodles/rice
16:30 210 ml milk
20:00 a bowl of rice (same as me)
23:00 210 ml milk
We will give some biscutes/fruit/snack to her.
Your baby like eating?
Or you can boil some soup, just likes tomatos and potatos soup,
carrot etc...

mine is not a fat girl, but quite muscular. her schedule:

8:00 milk, 6 oz

9:15 全麥方包一片, + 水旦 (一隻) / 魚柳一小塊 / 生果少少; 有時食薯仔 / 蕃薯 / 通粉代替方包

12:00 milk 3 oz (因佢慣了這時候要睡個半鐘左右, 睡前又一定要飲少少奶, 這點我都覺得頗頭痛)

1:45 飯 / 粉 / 面一碗 (跟大人); 餸

5:00 飽肚生果如蕉, apple / 半片方包 / 疏打餅 / 提子干無花果干; / 湯+少少湯渣, e.g. 甘筍/薯仔/瓜之類; 有時佢會想飲奶, 我只給2-3安

7:15 飯 / 粉 / 面 (跟大人); 餸 (有時會遲些)

9:30 milk 5oz (如果晚餐遲或佢早瞓就少些)


its good to give her more 湯, especially fish soup. (with蕃茄薯仔大豆芽--要先白鑊炒香/ 瓜 / 豆付 ....any thing you want to add) also 淮山湯is good for a healthy appetite an digestion and absorption. (適量運動serves the same function)

avoid giving her oily or 難消化food, e.g. when you give egg, always give 水旦, but not 烚 / 炒/ 煎旦.

sleeping is also very important for hte child to gain weight (some say even more important than the diet)

for the 餸, i give

protein: 蒸肉餅 / 肉碎 (炒豆付/ 瓜) / 旦 / 豆付 / 魚 / 鷄
veggie: 烚菜 / 瓜菜飯 / 甘筍煮腍 / 南瓜 / 番茄....

some say you can try 保兒加x素if you BB does not have good appetite or does not eat solid food properly

肥瘦~ 有時係天生嘅
如果爸媽瘦, 小朋友亦不應該會肥
其實, 只要身體健康, 瘦d又有乜所謂呢?
如果影響健康, 可以考慮飲高熱量嘅奶粉 (xx加營素)
