Her performance was really bad,I talked to her and asked her to improve,if not I have no choice but to terminate her soon.She went back to the room and packed her bag then asked my daughter to asked me when can she go?I said you can go anytime but you need to give me a resignation letter.She said I'm the one who said I'll termination her so she refuse to write me the letter and asked me to pay her extra one month salary.I called the agent to talked to her,can't help so I had to called the police and we went to the agency together.Now she is gone,still owned me hk1000.POOR ME.She said to me we'll see each other in the labour dept!

But I think not all bun bun are bad, my ex bun bun worked for me for 3 yrs,now in canada. We still keep in contact because I can see that she really care about my 2 daughters when she was with me.She helped me to teach this PK for 10 days before she left,she already told me this PK is strange and really stubbon.Actually she recommended me the sister of her best friend's in hk to take over her job,but at that time I thought I don't want my helper to have so many relatives in hk so I try my luck by chooseing this PK from agency.Unfortunely,this PK only with me for 6 months,already applied another 2 of her cousins to hk.Borrow $4000 from me saying that she'll buy the rice field but now I know she need money to get them here.
She called my ex helper best friend the night after she left,make up so many stories likes I make her work in my mom's house every fri cos we have dinner there every fri.We normally arrive there around 7pm and left before 9-9:30,what she do there just to feed my 2 daughters and wash the dishes after dinner which I never asked her to do.She said she'll report me about this.My ex helper called me today because her best friend in hk sms her.She told me not to worry,if I need edvidence to support myself,just call her and she'll will support me by writing a letter to the labour dept..I'm not really worry but find it very troublesome because so many things to follow up.
Tomorrow I'll go to EMRY'S in central because I decided to direct hire the one recommenced by my ex helper.Agency told me to go to labour dept. to report this case.What a waste of time!Luckily one of my relatives willing to help me to take care of my 2 daughters while waiting for the replacement.
Hope the new one will not me me spit out 2 BUCKETS OF BLOOD again
Isn't it's the maid's job responsibility to take care of your 2 daughters even if they go to have dinner in your parents' home? Just like if your kids go to a friend's home to have kids' party, the maid has to go with them and taking care of their needs. It's well within her job spec.
So don't see any point in her to accuse you of doing extra work in your parents' home. And lucky you have your ex-maid to back you up.
