or do you know how to use hand to express your milk? it is a very good method that i use it in the office, just in case - you forgot to put one part of the pump to office, or suddently the pump is not workable.
but today, you can go back home and pump.
I still remember how to express by hand, but it seems that it's difficult and tired to do so. So I think I will better go home and pump tonight. Thanks.
