I gave birth to my bb at 養和 in Nov 04. Yes, you need to bring the things you mentioned, i.e.孕婦衛生巾, 束腹帶, 清洗器. But they'll provide 床墊 and a package of personal stuffs including toothbrush, toothpaste, Seba shampoo and shower gel.
Of course you don't need to bring the things for bb except the clothing for bb for the day of discharge.
My naughty Chezkel is 7 yrs old la !!
