My daughter is also 2 years old. It took me only 4 days to help her to 戒片. First, ask her to sit in the potty 45 min after drinking liquid. Of course, she might not have any vv. But you still priase her for sitting down in the potty. The next thing is she will vv on the floor/bed/sofa, but tell her next time when she needs to go, let you know etc. After a few days, my daughter can control her muscle and let me know when she has to go vv.
My suggestion is don't start too early because they can't control their muscle yet. Once they know, it will be much easier. Have lots of underwear ready, because you will need quite many at the beginning.
