Cons: comparative expensive that other ISP, standard delegated speed around 3M-6M (if you want 8M or 10M, you need to pay more)
i-cable
Pros: cheap (especially combined with cable tv service)
Cons: very unstable speed (it depends on number of user in your building), very very very bad services, poor speed when visit overseas sites
PCCW is better than i-cable.
If you feel PCCW is expensive, you can try i-care, NTT (new world). The price is cheaper than PCCW but their backbone is using PCCW network. BUT I don't know whether they are OK or not.

PCCW is more expensive, not the fastest but very reliable, they will provide a dedicated 3M/6M/8M bandwidth to you, unlike cable TV, the whole building will share the total bandwidth, so the traffic is slow.
I seldom heard any complaints about the PCCW broadband.
