We wanted to buy a house for investment for "rent", TKO Plaze 568 (need 3,400,000). What do you all think is it the best time now), Agency said 568 can lease around HK$11,000.00 per month.

Did you rent a similar apartment there? Could this really be rented at $11,000?...... If I were you, I shall ask another agent , of course, do not let this agent know, and take a look at what are available in the market.... to make sure the rental price is reasonable.....sorry, if you think I say too much.

Actually I'm not really like TKO but the market for leasing is really activity, as well as the price is still not really high.
I also know that 568 ft for 3,400,000 is a bit high but really no more choice as I don't wanted to buy at N.T. area like Yuen Long / Tuen Mun....etc.
Then, would you take look at other location? Because the property market is not so good.... I guess...... It seems that some people do not want to get the rental return and buy stock #2388 for interest return ..... that is why the price of #2388 is a bit high in the past few days.
