I have migrated to Australia b4 and return to HK for a year already. I love to arrange the IB school (christian background) for my son (now he is in K2) and I have started visiting the school seminar / open day...etc, but seems the choice is limited (now i am targeting the Lutheran Academy and Baptist Lam Kam Fai, only 2 schools!!). I like to let my son enjoy learning and find his way of learning rather than "duck feeding". But I prefer to study "localized" school which suppose his classmates are chinese rather than "english speaking" (that's why i don't choose Int'l school). Is it alittle bit "contradictive"?
ARE there any similar mind of parents here and share your planning?
Finally, my hubby and I confirm Christian background with caring educating system is more suitable for our case, so we will apply some kind of private primary school instead of IB.

My son is studying in Lutheran Academy. And my daughter (K2) will apply this school too. There will have a seminar in coming Aug. Please go and you will know more about the school. Good luck!
