all 03媽媽,,
Mo MO 話: " 媽咪，呢邊無奶奶呀!" , 我worry 無得餵, though he is now 3 years 3 months,,, 我不捨得.. :-(
我知要他吃耐煩一 D 才有.. :cry:

其實你可以餵到3歲真係已經好叻喇,順其自然啦.

Hi monmantong,

Long time no chat ar!

I remembered that Glad shared her "last mama milk drop" was during 5 years old of her son.

Her description is touching me. Quote it for you:

"是獨一無二的天然元素; 就算甜味也沒有時(根據我個人經驗, 我最後一滴的母乳, 是我兒5歲時, 依然是甜甜的), 淡如水的母乳卻內藏著濃濃的愛、親子的愛......愛心的水, 是我兒最愛的!"

I just think may the last breastfeeding stage/period be mainly for the emotional & psychological needs of BB??
It seems also very important to the well-rounded development of BB wor, right!!

你繼續餵就會續有，我個仔三歲半自然離乳後有成兩個月我都仲有奶，我都好唔捨得餵母乳的日子，到宜家我都仲有問佢食唔食媽媽奶，佢都話唔食，但有時我換衫佢又話要聞吓，聞完又話"好香喎"，跟住又錫一啖，真係好鬼甜，佢又叫我生個小bb，然後同小bb一齊食媽媽奶，又日日講話最喜歡的就係媽媽，都好喜歡爸爸，越來越越喜歡阿花姐姐（我工人），氹到我全家心花怒放，鬼咁開心。

yes, you are right. I know sometimes the milk is not so much at the beginning, but I will ask MO to try more, or turn to another side. He is so eager to come to me, as he needs this feeling actually.

everytime I asked him whether he loves mama's milk or juice, he will point to me and say " mama 's milk"... so sweet! it is never replaced by others..

Sometimes I would think, mo mo so far is so behaved and easier for discipline, because he is a breastfeeding boy, he has very closed relationship with me and loves listening to me.

Thanks for your so true sharing! Touching me again!

We strongly believe that breastfeeding is really not only for good health of BB, but also their strong psychological & emotional development!!

I really find breastfeeding can build up very strong mother-son relationship & trust!!
It really helps us to discipline BB in future!!!

Hayes runs to me and says, "mama nine na."(Mama milk), whenever he waits me for long time during my office hours.
Besides, so miracle that, Hayes loves to listen & follow my instruction.

Also, I pretend to cry, when he take off my glasses at home. He looks at my crying face, then give me back & kiss me with his head...so understanding & considerate boy!

Thank you Jesus to give me the breastfeeding opportunity & experience! :lol:

Hi mon,

You're right! Breastfeeding really helps to build up very close relationship with our little one.

Abbie used to ask for mama milk 2-3 times per night. She also requested for mama milk when I came home immedialtey. But her behaviour seems to change during these 2 months.

Firstly, she only come to me & hug me tightly, "smell deeply" on me as a doggie & then walk away. Secondly, she can sleep from 11pm to 7:30am w/o mama milk

The meal that she insist to have is the one before sleep. Though I missed our precious time very much, I do hope she can wean very soon.

我自己就泵奶泵到個仔兩歲就冇再泵，主要都係每日起身後同瞓覺前埋身食，日頭就食正常三餐加生果。bb大咗，主要的營養來源係固體食物，對母乳的需求係會隨著bb慢慢食多咗固體食物而減少。有d人會泵耐D，亦有d人會早d停泵，冇一定的準則，睇返到時媽媽同bb的情況自己決定啦。

That mean you did not pump the milk in between the morning and night? So you only feed two times without pumping the milk out. That mean you can still feed the baby for one more year or even longer.

係架，只要你bb繼續食，你就會繼續有奶，只不過因為bb啜少咗而你個腦收到的訊號係bb的需求少咗同隔得耐咗，而你身體就會跟住作出調整，製造母乳就會慢咗同少咗。就算我個仔三歲半自然離乳之後成兩個月，我都仲有dd奶。
