I also always check their working visa on their passports to see if they have finished their contracts. I met one philipino maid before. She lied that she had finished the contract but I found out that her working visa was issued few months ago. She was fired and didn't want me to know!
There must be something if a maid was fired by her employer.
I fried my maid end May., 04. She is not good, I don't know why I can keep her 3 1/2 years. Since me and my husband are too kind to her and always not at home, she become lazy and do somethings not good.. Final I fried her, she 軟硬兼施, request I can write her the good release letter and tell the new employ she is good. After she left my home, she always call me, she told me that she has the interview in the morning, may be have the new employer call me.
