I did think about whether he gets enough by taking a milk powder for babies from 6 months and above. So I tried a different milk powder S-26 Gold for 3 and above. But he starts vomitting a little bit. And I think it's because of the milk powder. So I change back to Nestle H.A. 2 and the vomit stops. He only drinks 150ml with baby cereal in the morning before school. He would drink normal fresh milk (Pure from Australia) or soy milk at tea time.
Do you have any other suggestions for which milk he should drink at his age? Thanks!
