i have to terminate the contract with her becasue i need to go overseas for 3 months, and she has been working for me for one and half years. the reason why i want to help her look for new employer is becasue i will not terminate the contract if i don't have to leave hong kong for so long; and also because of her some good qualities:

1. she is around 34 married with no kids, always smiling face, never black face at me even if i scold her, she has a very good attitude.

2. she is very clean, neat and tidy, very effieient in cleaning.

3. she is very patient with my 7 year old boy, and when we have young children guest at home, she always likes to play with them, i would highly recommend her for family with young children like 2 years old above.

4. young and reliable and very independent.

Her shortcomings:
1. can follow cook book, but not very good at cooking.
2. use mobile phone

hi, do u recommend her to take care with a child and a new born baby? as my maid was gone... and I'm urgently need a maid to look after my 5 yr old and new born son!

And, how about her english? my previous one had communication problem...
