Human Resources and Administration Officer/ Assistant Offier

Responsibilities:
Assist in Payroll calculation
Provide human resources support, including recruitment, leave & attendance, staffing & employee relations, etc.
Ensure compliance with HK employment and related legislations
To manage general office administration, renovation, maintenance, restaurants operation supports and other ad hoc admin projects.
Receptionsit duty when necessary (seating in Reception area)
Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested
Requirements:
Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation will be advantage
With at least 2-3 years' relevant Human Resources experience
Highly independent, detail-minded and with good numeric sense
Smart, passionate, presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
