Do you know any hotel agent I can book HK's hotels in a discounted price?

Dear members

I have to book a hotel room for a friend, he will visit HK very soon. Please give me some information for good hotel agents to enable me to book a room for him in a discounted price.

You may contact some local travel agent, they ususally give you some discounted price.

Ha Ha! it is nice to talk to you over here. I have checked with some local travel agents, their prices offered were not that attractive ie. only 10 - 20 % less than the ordinary walk-in clients' prices.
