i will go to Phuket on late Dec (Peak season ar) and u can consider:-

- Safari 3in1 / 4in1 / 6in1 - should be half day only
- Egg island - half day or one day - suitable for small kids as the speed boat transfer time is shorter
- rent a car / driver to toruing about the phuket is strongly recommend
- of course, spend a day to relax on hotel!

Phuket day tour

Actually I am joinng cruise (Legend of the Seas) and will stop at Phuket for one day only.
I am planning to have a driver for day-tour. I have two kids (7 & 10 yrs old). How to plan the day trip? Pls share your suggestion. tks.

即係騎大象...睇大象show...monkey show(3in1)...揸atv(4in1)...激流...+仲有一樣唔記得係咩...(6in1)

如果有細路就3in1已經足夠...玩約2個半鐘...

如果你只有1day係phuket...夾arm時間...可以朝早去egg island (khai island)...下午去island safari (3in1)...中間/前前後後d時間食下野已經 1day ga喇

船上應該會有d land tours 俾你參加, 呢類tours會方便d又唔洗煩.

btw, you can search mrs C in thaifans , she is a hongkong people lived at phuket, a car with driver a day should cost probably 1k per 8 hour, its quite enough for sightseeing, compare with the tours provided by cruise, cheaper a lot, with 4 persons it cost almost 2k for only half day:-x

I join the cruise departure on 21st Dec from Singapore.
I bought it with Travel agency.

I would suggest you to explore more about Phuket by visiting thailand fans forum and yahoo blogs.

You will likely discover that Phuket is a place for sun n sea. People visit islands for swimming, snorkelling, fish feeding or diving. There are also elephants riding, monkey shows, ATV, rafting, etc. People join local tours for these activities which include pick up from hotels.

With a car & driver, people go shopping, eating in popular restaurants, sunset view point. Not much sightseeing in Phuket indeed.

昨晚剛去完布吉回來.

行程如下 :
day 1 搭 aa
去到已22.30, 租左架車係機場等, b800 per day, 4 days total B3200, 共入左油 b600.

住Mercure , parking fee of charges

day 2
After Breakfast, 行出街報明天出島的團, 周街都是檔口仔, 可靠的, 我去PP島, 大人B1200, 我囝3歲foc,佢話4歲才收. 我一家3口,即b2400.

swimming in hotel

係酒店學有 furit & vegt. 鵰刻班 foc

lunch at Natural Rest 好味 B900

central dept store - shopping (bra + under)

Weekend night market - 可以不去

JazzRestaurant - nice place but food just fair B1600

day 3 - pp島
包酒店接送, lunch
記住買多d面包同banana 餵魚同monkey

dinner at thai rest B900

shopping at 帆船商場

day 4
Phuket Zoo ,成人入場 B500
有3個show睇, ok la

lunch at big c B220

shopping at big c

dinner at Lotus Rest B1800(睇日落), 放孔明燈 B200+ 煙花 at beach B20

shopping at 家樂福 (好似平過 big c)

day 5
行下巴東灘, 就check out, 返hk

布吉真是好玩, 下次會再去過

同老公一致認為, 好玩過沙巴
