Thanks so much for your support! 聽完你地的advice後，我全部照做 － 飲豆漿 ＆ try 埋身喂again! 皇天不負有心人，亞B 突然know how to eat directly in the middle of a cold night 3 days ago,而且好似食得好enjoy添！(It is really 奇蹟 to me after almost 2 months. I never think that I can breast feed directly again because people always say that there will be nipple confusion after drinking bottle for some time) Now, I feed her 3 times directly with some formula and once with pumped milk (透下氣law!）But I don't know the method very much - how many minutes each time, one breast or both, how do I know she has enough? Dear ma mas, pls give me some advices!
My BB already 介夜奶 when she is just 1 week (sometimes exceptional), but her last feed is usually 12.30 - 1.30 am. She is 超級懶訓豬 & she usually sleeps around 7 hrs at night!
Besides, I am a new member - can members teach me how to add the tickers for BB's age or include photos etc. I always see members use PM, is it e-mail? How to use it?
Thanks a lot! I will continue breastfeeding and I hope I can still be successful after I get back to work soon! I need your continual support and I hope other new ma mas can be successful too!

Thanks for your help & suggestions. My BB seems to like breastfeeding a lot after she knew the technique. Yes, I feel the same like you - when I feed her & see her growing everyday, I also 感覺佢每一忽肉都係來自我的. Maybe this is my first BB, the feeling is very strong and I like breastfeeding her because the feeling is so close. I think my milk is increasing, but I really don't know how much she can drink. I tried to feed her both breasts at the beginning, but next time not much milk :cry: So I feed her 1 breast for 30 mins one time and she can sleep for around 1hr 30 mins. Is this normal? But I have to give her some formula after that to let my breast recover a little bit! I hope I can feed her more, but I will get back to work very soon, so I may need to pump milk for her in the daytime. BTW, are you a working mother or full time mother?
Besides, thanks for teaching me the method to use tickers and pm etc.

因為你近來才開始埋身餵, 咁算好好的情形,
我bb2個月時是exactly this situation, add oil!!
到現在我bb3個月, 食完一餐已可以訓兩個至兩個半鐘

其實身體能create幾多奶, 係視乎demand,
好似我身體已知道日抖bb3個鐘會食一次,
咁身體會係適當時候造奶,
若bb4個鐘仲未食, 便會谷奶!!
但如果佢無la la一個鐘頭後要食,
雖然個breast仲係"林", 但只要佢一埋身食,
身體一樣有奶出, 佢一樣可以食得飽, 好神奇的!!
神造人的身體很奇妙, 唔會餓親bb的
你呢個方法我唔建議, 一來我認為牛奶是給牛吃的 :mrgreen: ,
二來你身體係會減少受刺激的機會
若果你真係想let yr breast recover a little bit,
我會建議你係餵bb之前pump奶出來, 儲起來,
可以係需要時餵佢!!

Thanks for your advice & encouragement, I will try my best to feed her more. Are you feeding her all ma ma milk?
Its glad to hear that you will become a full-time mother soon. I also wish I could, but I want to save more money and I have already decided to quit my job 3 years later when she begins to go to school.
BTW, is your BB boy your first child also?
Where do you live? Maybe later we can have afternoon tea together to share our experience when our BB is older (I live in North Point). What do you think?
