She definitely has an intention in Hong Kong other than working. The worst is she like a cancer cell in the family. Now you see Men side VS Women side already. A surgical operation to cut the cell off is hurt but is needed. Can you eat when you have to hire a new maid to take care this maid if she really carrying baby for months. What if she induces you male family members? Her behavior is outrageous, FIRED and change the register address in the future.
The fact is they are protected by labor ordinance in Hong Kong which covered all Hong Kong people. Or someone will say it is Human Rights. So if they carry baby during the servicing contract than they are covered. No one will FIRE them if they carry baby, definitely the employer lose the case and suffered. The only thing can be done is to negotiate, but there is chances they open a case in the labor department later…….if they want money.
It is TOO GOOD to be a maid in Hong Kong.
