i am going to fire my maid so i need to hire another one now. i went to the agent (formaid) in hunghom and they suggest me to hire this yan yan, can someone give me some advise that shall i hire her.
She is 25 years old, married and with 1 son, she worked in singapore 2 years before and take care of 5 family members which include 3 children (5,7,10 years old). Actually her experience are quite good to me because i have one 1 year old boy and my 2nd baby will born in next feb, so she had the experience in take care of children. However the agent said she is now in China because someone already hire her 2 months ago, but when she arrived in hk the new boss said they don't need a maid anymore (the new boss 99 doesn't want a maid). so after this maid came to hk she don't even have a chance to go to the new boss house and the agent sent her to the boarding house in hk right a way, and they sent her to their china training school on monday already (she stay in hk around 14 days). But i am afraid that the agent is not honest to me, i think it is possible that when the maid arrived and the new boss think she is not good or maybe she has an attutide problem so that they fire her and then the agent sell her to other employer...can someone give me some adivse pls
