I don't agree that husband gives money to his wife for family expenses is equal to "女人要靠男人". Moreover, I think it is the right of a wife to have her husband to support the family expense if he agrees that his wife to become a full time mother.
In my case, I became a full time mother after gave birth of my baby. It is our decision as we think that no one is better than a mother to take care her baby. My husband gives all his salary for me and don't ask any questions on how I spend those money. Actually, he always need to 睇my面色, and I 講野都大聲D because he knows that to be a full time mother is much more exhaust than being a working mother. As a result, he also helps to take care of the baby e.g. feeding, bathing, and change diaper and prepare the dinner after work.
