Ratesand Packages offered herein are inclusive of 10% service charge and 6%government tax.

Whereapplicable, inclusion/s in the rates offer and/or packages are indicatedaccordingly, otherwise rate is based on room only.

Confirmationof room/s is subject to availability at point of payment.

Anyportion of the services bought and not utilised upon check in is notrefundable.

Checkin time is 2:00p.m and check out time is 12:00 noon. Advance buy-in on pre-arrangedearlier check in is defined at before 2:00pm, late check out is defined asafter 12:00noon and before 6:00 pm. Any unutilised amount is not refundable.

Eachblock of time for early check or late check is based on per 2-hour.

Anychange of arrival/departure date is considered a cancellation. Cancellationsand amendments are to be made online.

Anycancellation/s or amendment made is subjected to a fifty (50%) per cent of the1st night's rate on each room booked.

Cancellationsand amendments made within 48hours of arrival will attract a per room pernight's charge based on the 1st night's rate.

Inthe event of non-arrival on the day, a full charge on each room booked shall beimposed to a maximum of 2 nights based on the first 2 nights' rate.

Unexpecteddeparture after check-in (short stay), a charge of 1 night is applicable on thebalance of the unused length of stay.

Refund- Kindly be advised any refund due shall be credited to your credit cardstatement within thirty (30) days from the date of submitting the documents forprocessing.

Anyunutilised amount except for clause 8 to 12 as per prescribed terms, is notrefundable.
