我個仔由兩歲九個月起日日食一匙，之前佢一轉天氣就會流鼻水同咳，食咗燕窩之後好咗好多，天氣變得好緊要都冇事。我係買老x家即食燕窩俾佢食，因為自己懶得燉。

我個仔14個半月食，我買位元堂無糖即食。方便快捷。

unless you can spend lots of money to buy the really wild birdnest, otherwise pls don't give it to babies. they have mercury.

a nurse in st teresa hospital told me that they all know not to eat birdnest especially when you are pregnant.

of course, i knew it after my baby was born, too late ... ...

你話有水銀係指即食那種﹐還是連自己買番黎自己燉的都有﹖ ?-(

i remember you !!!

yes, as long as they are not the wild birdnest. i was told that basically we all can't afford wild birdnest and it's difficult to find and prove.

yesterday i just went to see the doctor. there was a girl with serious skin problem by 2y. found out the grandma cooked fish congee for her everyday for one year.

i know not a lot of people have heard about this or will believe in this. so pls check more from different sources.

當然可以LA,好野緊係大家一齊分享LA!
我個女之前成日病,病到我都驚,之後人地教我燉燕窩,效果好好架,你試一個月到,就見到效果@我買ｄ碎燕，平ｄ，價錢大概３００至４００蚊到一兩，可以分到８次食！
將大概一隻大人手指公多的燕窩加水’針’四個鐘到，到’林’晒，加３�４碗水及少少冰糖（大概一粒方糖大），燉半個鐘就食得架ｌａ。份量唔多。
我每個星期比我個女食一次，開頭試食時唔好比咁多，二啖到第日睇佢無特別不良反應，第二日再比佢食半碗仔，再慢慢加多！同埋要三歲到先比佢食，因為燕窩係高蛋白食物，小朋友好易敏感！
