I am going to have a trip in coming July. I asked my maid to go back to Phillipine during that 2 weeks time. We agreed this is her 2 week pay leave as stated in the contract.
But, she tell me that since she go back to Phillipine under my request, so I have to pay for the air-ticket. My friend told me that it should be paied by maid.
I can't find the regulation in other topic, pls help
