my friend is going to have the 1st dinner with his girl friend he wants a place that provides quiet atomsphere, with higher privacy and easy parking.
any kind of food is ok. i suggest him choosing a hotel's coffee shop that has valet parking (free parking) but not sure which one is good. or, i think some restaurants in central are good too as there are not so many people in the street after office hours at night time.
