My daughter dropped her nap at 3. But she will then sleep from 730pm - 700am.
If your child sleep from 11pm - 8am...that's too little. You need an earlier bedtime.

my son gets up at 9:30am, after school, takes a nap from 5:30 to 7:00, then go to bed at 12:00am
