My maid said she needs to pay the Philippines agent for around HKD10,000, and also pay the hK agent in range of HKD6,000 to HKD8,000 (depends on the agent).
That's why they prefer not to go back hom after their contract finish to avoid paying their local (philippines) agent fee.
