I have a question, Why your boss pay the long service payment to the maid on April 04?? She suppose not yet return to Phillippine, right?? Paid the long service but she renew the contact to continue work with the same boss. This procedure is it correct?
My maid worked with more than five year, she entilted to have 10 days Annual leave for this year,
and next year (6 years) will have 11 days annual leave. If really can cut off, this is a good news for all employer. Do you know your boss is based on Labour Law to settle this matter????
