I dont think 42.6cm for a 6 months old girl is too small.

My baby girl's head is only 41.5 at 6 month. The doctor doesn't say that is a problem. When she is born, she is only 34 cm and always at around 5-10%. She is very active and no see any problem with her IQ. Don't worry!
My baby is boy. When he is born, he is 33cm but now just 42.6cm (5%). The percentage from 36.4cm - 30% (1 month) ->38.8cm - 25% (2 months) ->41cm - 15% (4 months) -> Now 42.6cm - 5% only. The percentage curve is going down.
I think my girl is the worst, she falls off the curve, and I didn't realised until she was abt 4 mths old. Saw the doctor in the MCH already the doctor said my head is also small (I always thought my head is big and my older one has big head also). But other than that, nothing abnormal except her skin
she weighed 2.69 when she was born, and remained to be small size b until abt 6 mths. she's now medium size. It's just the 頭圍 that is not within the range.
