Any parents of 全日制低班? Today was the parents briefing day! It's our first time seeing the classroom... kind of disappointed it's so small! With a total of 23 students, grouped into 3-small-groups. Even the teachers do not have a table...
Whole school have 1 English native speaker, Miss Alina, and 3 Mandarin teachers. For K2, they should be getting 3 English lessons and 1 Mandarin lesson each week.
My daughter is studying K1 pm this year. Just receive the school activity notice last Friday but very disappointed. Only one English course for K1 pm todder but the timing is totally unacceptable. The pm class started at 1.30pm each day but the English course is arranged at 11.00 - 11.50am. If kids attend the class, how can they spend the time during 11.50am - 1.30pm? There is not enough time for kids to have lunch at home!! Also, the kids will be too tired to and from the school in short period of time!!
We have the same concern... our daughter attends K2 full-day. I wonder why all the "hobby class" are during school hour. What's the purpose of those classes then? So if some students sign up for the classes, what about those who does not sign up any?
You have to pay tuition for the school time already, and you have to pay extra to have another hobby class during the same school time? And then have less learning during the regular classes? It makes absolutely no sense...
Agree your point. I find this kindergarten very "cool" and not "kids oriented". Rather disappointed!
