there are many things a helper can do, how could she have that much free time? she can wash and clean everything, furnitures, windows, beddings, clothings, kitchen and bathroom walls, vaccum cleaner, fans, inside and outside of microwave and refrigerator, shoe cabinets, closets and your hand bags ... etc. for cooking, you can ask her to cook one new dish every 2 days. Ask her to prepare the shopping list for the food and prepare the dish. when there is time, ask her to prepare salad dressing from a cookbook, make soup, make pickles, make drinks... etc. the key is to keep her busy but with reasonable rest time. If you dont keep her busy right from the begining, she'll not get used to working hard later although there might be some helpers can take the initiative to do all things but its very rare.
if she's bun bun, make her watch dvd on children songs and make her learn a new song every 2 days. its so im
portant helpers can sing to young babies and toddlers.
Totally agreed that 你對她好,佢會對你好, 她們不是這樣計! I treat my maid in good ways. Always giving her things and extra money each month.... But she is very straight to me on things relating to their rights even when she's not correct. She makes me feel disappointed. My friend suggested me no need to be so so good to her any more!
