My son talks and sings a lot also. When he attends Sunday School he cannot sit still for long. However, I found as he grows he is making improvement. At this age it's very hard for them to sit for a long period of time. I will let him sing or talk when he is at home, when in public area I will try to stop him from talking loud, but sometimes it's very hard.
