no la, employer only responsible for the maid still working for you, you need to stop her visa with immigration just after you terminate her, insurance will not cover for that maid, you can change to cover the new maid with document proved to insurance company. DaoHeng insurance also don't cover serious disease like gall bladder stone, high blood pressure, cancer etc, so I buy another insurance (total 2) for my maid cause she is too old and had too many disease.
