If they terminate you, depends on the reason. Basically, there should be a long service payment plus the notice in lieu as minimum requirement which is set by Labour Deparment.
I hope this may help. If in case they terminate you as summary dismissal, the long service payment may not apply. Then, you need to go through Labour Tribunal. You may not get the full amount as calculate if you accept partial settlement but it takes shorter time to get back some money at least.
