1 week difference is acceptable. if the menstrual cycle is regular, the due date calculated from LMP is quite accurate. the due date from size of bb is useful if the scan was done in early pregnancy (say <7-8 weeks, earlier the more accurate). if the menstrual cycle is irregular, due date according to scan is more reliable. your doctor in charge will choose the more appropriate date for you. don't worry.
