請工人好or請鐘點好呢？ [複製鏈接]

小妹我將於10月生BB，原本打算請個印印返來照顧BB的，但在網上見到的大多數都是對工人不滿的評論，似乎能夠請到一個好的工人真是大海撈針!?我現在感到非常之犹豫和予盾。因為我兩公婆都要返工，第日將初生BB完全交付工人又不太放心；如請鐘點托管的話，放咗工接返來，唔知成晚可唔可以應付得了？(第一次做媽咪，唔知湊BB的辛苦) 所以想請問各位，其實請個可靠的鐘點托管好呢還是請個工人呢？

Maid is more suitable as the part time local housework assistant is no so stable as if she resign just give you one week notice, you cannot find another one to take care of your baby.

If you have mother or mother-in-law to take care, than can consider local housework assistant.
