我生完後, 成日覺得週身痕癢, 夜晚仲會出風癱, 但D風癱第日中午就會散. 中醫話因為我虛同有好多風困住皮膚度, 要驅風同補血氣. 西醫就話我亂食野所以敏感. 其實我今次已經係第二胎, 第一胎都冇咁既情況發生, 我咁大個人都冇試過食物敏感, 唔知點解生完第二胎會咁? 有冇媽媽試過咁既情況?

我都係呀!!! 不過我d風難係一直生架...中午都唔會散...
我試過生到個咀唇腫起左一大舊, 要去睇急症呢~
我都係一直無食物/藥物敏感架....
醫生話係荷爾蒙改變.......
我覺得好煩呀.....痕到要成身"r",
keep住會翻發...都唔知幾時先會好呀!!!

Boil 蓮子水 helps!

I also had 風難 around the 5th month after my first boy was born. Again, Chinese medical doctor said I was "weak" with a lot of "air" trapped inside my body. So happened, I had to attend my sister-in-law's wedding but had no fitting dress at all (as I became just too fat for breastfeeding my boy.) So, I started to keep fit, and after 2 to 3 weeks, I drank 蓮子水 for 3 days continously as recommended by a friend. After few more days, the 風難was all gone. I guess both keeping fit and drinking 蓮子水 helped me. Try, sisters!

我都係呀，到依家都時不時就出。西醫都係話我敏感，包括因食物、環境及空氣影響。中醫話我有濕毒、有風、虛，但又唔敢開太勁的藥比我,怕傷元氣，所以都仲未清到！又唔補得，會令皮膚問題惡化，總之就煩啦！

咁有冇水泡? 身體其他地方有冇? 如有, 可能係水痘, 我生完第一個時試過出水痘(已經係第二次出). 但中醫就話係濕毒.

Younger sister was born in June 2008.
Youngest sister was born in February 2013.

Just like making ordinary 蓮子糖水, put in a handful of 蓮子 with appropriate amount of water and boil until 蓮子 is soft (no need to add sugar.) You can boil more, like a bottle and drink it instead of normal water whenever you're thirsty.

Not necessary to add sugar or eat the 蓮子. Just drink the water for few days continously. This method was actually recommended by a famous Chinese medical doctor of those senior Chinese government
officials, as my friend said.

Thanks. I have seen a doctor yesterday. He said it is a change of my immune system and some may recover in months or years. He gave me some 抗敏感藥. Let me try your method sin.

Hope u get well soon as I remember those 風難 were really annoying. Btw, 蓮子 is something neutral, so no harm try!
